I work with folks via telehealth anywhere in the state of North Carolina.
Here’s why I choose to work with you remotely…
It lets me connect to you where you are.
And if you live several cities away, it lets me work with you.
AND it lets me do the work I love while balancing other things in my life.
If you give online therapy a shot, you’ll get to enjoy these benefits, too!
The convenience is the best!
Have a busy schedule?
No problem. As long as you can squeeze an hour into your workweek to heal, we can get started.
Sick of sitting in traffic to get to your therapist?
There’s no need for that. Just set up your phone or laptop in a quiet place, and we’ll be good to go.
Feel disconnected from the problems of your life when you’re in the therapy office?
Sometimes, it’s best to tackle your issues in the place they bother you most – at home.
Want to relax into the session but are stuck in stuffy clothes?
It’s okay. Wear what’s comfortable for you.
Maybe you’re wondering if it’s as effective as in-person therapy…
My clients who’ve worked with me both in-person and virtually share they see no difference in the work.
The work we do is primarily dealing with what’s inside you.
Whether we’re in person or talking over a screen, we’ll talk about the things most important to you.
Making the most of our time together online…
As long as your phone, tablet, or laptop has a steady Internet connection, you’ll be all set.
I use Zoom, so make sure to have that downloaded.
It’s best to be in a place where you have some privacy. Sometimes my clients even do sessions from their cars (granted, they have an adequate data signal).
A quiet space where you can relax into the session and focus on what’s at hand is best.
Discover the peace within you…
